Human Resources and Staff Development Manager

Announcing an exciting opportunity: the Brattleboro Food Co-op, a vibrant, community-focused full-service grocery, seeks a Human Resources and Staff Development Manager! This extraordinary person will advise and assist the General Manager, managers, and staff in all aspects of employee services and training, seeking creative ways to enrich the staff experience in a cooperative environment. The successful applicant will have prior training and experience in Human Resources (including a thorough knowledge of federal and state laws); experience with union environments; excellent listening and communication skills; and will be comfortable with technology. A sense of humor is a must, and an appreciation for food is helpful. Come join our team!
