FACILITIES MANAGER – Full-time 

The Brattleboro Food Coop has an immediate need for a Facilities Manager. This position requires one weekend day and evening hours. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of facility management including physical and building maintenance, safety, security and surveillance and the corresponding components of budgeting, staff management and vendor procurement and administration associated with the responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of facilities management experience and will have a general knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, surveillance/camera equipment and a familiarity with plumbing, carpentry and electrical operations.

Candidate must have a strong work ethic, work well in a great team environment and have at least 3-5 years experience working back of the house food service. Full-time position, Compensation plus benefits.

The Brattleboro Food Co-op deli is looking for a reliable team player who has long-term availability. Come join a very talented team that takes pride in preparing and serving a vast array of quality natural foods and unique dishes. The Candidate should possess a commitment to excellent customer service and have a baseline knowledge of natural foods including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free concepts. 2 years back of the house experience in food prep required. The position is 32-40 hours per week that includes nights and weekends.
