5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Musical performance by John Hughes.
After a phenomenal and loved performance at last year’s annual meeting we felt it appropriate to welcome John back for an encore performance. 6:00 p.m. – 6:10 p.m. Welcome from Facilitator (Nadav Malin) and Board Vice President (Judy Fink)
Our facilitator will set the agenda for the meeting and share a few ground rules for the evening. The Vice President will welcome everyone to the meeting and introduce the board candidates.

We welcome questions for any and all presenters at the Annual Meeting. All questions must be entered in the chat of Zoom. All questions will be sent to everyone so that all attendees can see what questions are being posed.
6:45 – 7:30: BIPOC Entrepreneur Panel Discussion and Q & A – Facilitated by Tabitha Moore
Join us for a panel discussion hosted by Tabitha Moore with BIPOC entrepreneurs of Vermont. These leaders will share their story and educate us on how we can create more equity in the food system. We hope that this panel discussion can bring some better understanding of our current food and financial system and how we can support businesses owned by people of color in Vermont. Time will be allotted near the end of this portion of the meeting for questions and answers. We are pleased to welcome Amber Arnold of SUSU commUNITY Farm, Marlena Fishman of Zen Barn Farms, and Earl Ransom of Strafford Organic Dairy.
