Combined Benefits of Mindfulness + Nature

September 7 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Amanda Kenyon - Amanda Kenyon

Amanda Kenyon guides immersive experiences in nature that help people find mental quiet, expand the ways we know nature, and promote a spirit of togetherness.

Amanda will be leading a guided sensory meditation and introduction to forest immersion on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at 6:30 pm.

Learn how a practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku (translated literally as “forest bathing”) can bring you greater peacefulness, connection, and creativity, and improve your mental and physical health.

Amanda Kenyon is certified as a guide from The Forest Therapy School. Her mission is to repair the disconnection we’ve experienced because of our modern life and restore our connections with nature and one another in ways that are calming, fun, and eye-opening.

The class is free, however, pre-registration is required by Monday, September 5th at NOON.

Ages 16+ are welcome.
