DIY Wild Rice, Pecan and Cranberry Stuffing Class/ CANCELED

When I was living in my first apartment out of college, I fell in love with this delicious and original recipe, and I have made it for Thanksgiving nearly every year since. It is adaptable; it is wonderful cooked in a turkey, it also makes for a really lovely dish to share with your vegan guests if baked on its own, and golly the leftovers are tasty. This is my adaptation of a recipe from Tante Maries’ Cooking School, made more efficient as the years have passed. Recipe author Mary Risley says, “…when I was growing up, I spent every Thanksgiving at my grandparents’ eighteenth-century home, which was right across from a turkey farm. Something in that experience inspired this recipe. (Maybe the ingredients reflect what a turkey would like to eat, if asked.)” Come try the finished product, make it together, and bring a single serving home to enjoy!
