The next BFC Board Tabling is Thursday, September 19 from 9-11am, in the store.
The Board of Directors meets the first Monday of each month at 5:15pm in the BFC Conference Room. (If the first Monday is a holiday, the Board Meeting will be the following Monday). If you plan to attend, please contact the Board Administrator at (802) 246-2820 or email email@example.com.

The Board of Directors shall assure that the Values, Purpose and Mission statements of the Co-op, as described in the Ends Policies, are properly carried out and shall direct and control its business and affairs in the interests of its members.

We are seeking shareholders interested in running for a seat on the Board.
Board terms are for 3 years. The new term starts in December each year.
