Meetings are open to all shareholders, and all Shareholders are encouraged to attend and take part in these meetings.

These are generally available a few days prior to the meeting, however, If you would like to attend a meeting, click here to RSVP and you will receive a link for the meeting packet via email, or will be offered the packet upon entering the live meeting (when the Board starts meeting again in person). When the Board meetings are in-person, it takes place in the Co-op’s Conference Room on the second floor of the store.

The Brattleboro Food Co-op Board of Directors meets the first Monday of each month (unless it’s a holiday, in which case it’s held the following week) at 5:15 pm in the BFC Conference Room (located on the second floor or the Co-op) or on Zoom.

Meeting minutes for the previous month’s meeting are usually available online a few days after the current month’s meeting. For example, May’s minutes are posted during the week following June’s meeting.

The Annual Shareholder’s Meeting is in November, and in lieu of the Board meeting in November. The Annual Meeting includes the Annual Fiscal Report, Guest Speakers, and the commencing of Annual Elections.
